Open source Trisul launched

We are pleased to announce the launch of Trisul. An open source network metering and forensics tool.

Trisul is fully open source under GPLv3. It includes a server component called Trisul and a web frontend called Web-Trisul. While the server component can be used standalone, the ruby on rails application Web - Trisul can be used by administrators to remotely monitor current status and drilldown to investigate forensic events.

Stores raw traffic, detailed statistics, and flow data
Statistics are backed by a fast SQLITE3 database. This allows you to persist data across runs.
You can slice and dice data your way. It is all in SQL.
