Dear Customers,

This past week we had complaints from some customers who did not receive their product keys.

I want to assure everyone that we send all keys within minutes of receiving the order from our credit card processor.

The problem this week has been that our emails have been flagged as spam or bulk mail and classified as such in our customers folders.

This is frustrating because it calls into question the use of email as a delivery mechanism of products. I am investigating alternate ways of key delivery.

To customers, please accept our apology for the delays or non-delivery. If you have not received keys after a few hours, check your bulk mail folder, if not reply via this form or send email to info @ unleashnetworks dot com.

We will have an alternate mechanism up in a few days.
